Policy 1: Event Eligibility
1.1 Attendance: The Class of 2010 reunion is open to all individuals who were part of the graduating class of 2010 at Miami Northwestern Sr. High School.
1.2 Guests: Attendees are allowed to bring one guest to the reunion event. Guests must be registered in advance and may include spouses' partners or close friends. However, priority for attendance will be given to class members themselves.
Policy 2: Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration: All attendees including class members and their guests must register for the reunion / event prior to the deadline. Registration can be done online or through other designated methods as communicated by the reunion organizing committee.
2.2 Payment: Reunion/event ticket prices will be set by the organizing committee and communicated to all attendees during the registration process. Payment for reunion/ events tickets must be made in advance to confirm attendance. No on-site registration or payment will be allowed.

Policy 3: Code of Conduct
3.1 Respectful Behavior: Attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere throughout the reunion/ event. Any form of harassment, discrimination or bullying will not be tolerated.
3.2 Compliance with Venue Rules: All attendees must adhere to the rules and regulations of the event venue. Any violation may result in removal from the event.
3.3 Alcohol and Substance Abuse: The consumption of illegal substances is prohibited during the reunion event. Violators may be asked to leave the event and may face disciplinary action. The consumption of alcohol is at each member's discretion.
Policy 4: Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Reunion Cancellation: In the event that the reunion/event needs to be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g natural disaster public health emergency) the organizing committee will communicate the decision promptly to all registered attendees.
4.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as determined by the Board of Directors. The committee is not liable for unexpected situations, and all payments are considered final, contributing to the fulfillment of our mission.
Policy 5: Photography and Media Release
5.1 Photography and Videography: Photographs and videos may be taken during the reunion event by the official event photographers and organizers. Attendees consent to being photographed or filmed and allow the reunion committee to use these materials for promotional purposes.
5.2 Privacy Concerns: Attendees who have concerns about their privacy and do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify the organizing committee in advance.
Policy 6: Amendments and Communication
6.1 Policy Amendments: These policies are subject to change and may be amended by the Board of Directors as necessary. Any amendments will be communicated to all registered attendees in a timely manner.
6.2 Communication: All communication regarding the reunion event including policy updates registration details and event-related information will be primarily conducted through electronic means (e.g emails social media). It is the responsibility of attendees to regularly check their registered email addresses and other designated communication channels for updates.
These policies are designed to ensure a safe memorable and enjoyable reunion event for all attendees. The organizing committee reserves the right to enforce these policies and take appropriate action against any violation ultimately aiming to foster a positive and inclusive environment for the Class of 2010 reunion.
